# Map

Map widget is the main location based monitoring widget for global or floorplan based location tracking as well as indoor and outdoor location tracking.

It can be used to monitor various assets geographical locations on global map with additional GIS data layers if requested.

For data layer addition please contact **Skysens Team**.

In global map user can also track moving assets if location data is available.

Users can also use floor plan or industrial schematics based layouts with live data output and their alarm status. With this capability, SCADA-like use cases depends on real time data flow or AI outputs on system representation is possible.
